ResolvMD Launch Reward — Offer Terms

The offer.
Physicians who sign up with ResolvMD during the launch period are eligible to receive a FIGS scrub set and an engraved 3M™ Littmann® Cardiology IV™ stethoscope, subject to the terms below.
Who’s eligible.
New ResolvMD customers who complete onboarding and begin billing with ResolvMD during the offer period. One reward per physician. The offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.
How the reward is earned.
The reward is unlocked after you become a ResolvMD customer and complete a qualifying first billing month. Signing up, registering interest, or submitting a form does not by itself earn the reward — it is earned through active billing with ResolvMD.
Claiming your reward.
Once your reward is unlocked, we’ll email you a link to select your gear — FIGS size, colour and cut; Littmann finish; and your engraving text (up to 20 characters). Rewards are fulfilled after selection is submitted, typically within a few weeks.
Offer period.
Sign-ups must be completed by October 2, 2026. Physicians who have a signed ResolvMD contract in place by October 2 but whose billing start date falls later — for example, due to a notice period with a current provider or a credentialing or practice-transition timeline — will remain eligible, provided billing begins within 30 days of the end of that obligation. ResolvMD may extend, modify, or end this offer at any time; changes will not affect physicians who have already qualified.
