How long does it take for me to get started?
It takes under 10 minutes to get what we need from you. If you are a practicing physician, the biggest hold up is the time it takes for Alberta Health to process the Business Arrangement. Typically we are seeing turn around times of about 2-4 weeks from when we receive your information.
Do I need to fill out paperwork?
No. All our forms are online and can be digitally signed.
What if I’m a new physician?
As a new physician, there are a few more documents you’ll need to complete to be able to process billing through Alberta Health. We’ll make sure you have all the right documentation and we’ll highlight what it is you actually need to fill in. We’ll take care of the rest. As with practicing physicians, the biggest unknown is how quick Alberta Health will process the paperwork. We typically see this happen in 2-4 weeks for new physicians.
What provinces do you operate in?
We are currently serving Alberta based physicians. We aim to provide services in British Columbia and Ontario in the near future.
